TERMS OF SERVICE

It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of our terms and conditions

  1. When ordering merchandise, 50% of your order is required and the other 50% will be paid before the merchandise is shipped to its final destination.
  2. The prices on our website are in US dollars.
  3. The price includes shipping, handling, freight, customs, insurance, packing and handling to Dallas Texas. The buyer will pay from Dallas Texas to the final destination.

  8. All orders not picked up within 3 months, Faelo will ship to a local warehouse at the customer's expense under the rules of the corresponding warehouse.
  9. The buyer by giving the advance payment, obligates the seller to comply with the same and prices may not be varied and this agreement is elevated to contract level.
  10. Worldwide supply chains are experiencing delays of products and goods and we have been forced to increase delivery times to our customers.

Product Warranties

  1. All of our products are warranted against manufacturing defects for one year within the United States.
  2. The buyer acknowledges that there may be minor imperfections in our products as they are all handcrafted.
  3. All of our products are inspected by U.S. customs authorities and are subject to current import regulations.
  4. Once selected, your order cannot be modified or altered.
  5. The selection of the products will be detailed with copy to the buyer, to production, to the seller, and it will be the buyer's responsibility to select designs, colors, sizes, vinyl, etc.
  6. The colors shown in the photos on our website may vary physically.
  7. The buyer will always be aware of his order, in case of delay he will be informed as soon as possible.
  8. Delays: The buyer is aware that we depend on suppliers and that occasionally some raw material is momentarily out of stock and this may cause a delay in the delivery date.
